Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily site operations and construction activities.
- Supervise site workers, tradesmen, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to plans.
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and HSE standards.
- Track daily labour, materials, and equipment usage and prepare detailed site reports.
- Collaborate closely with site engineers, architects, and vendors to resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and timely progress.
- Enforce health and safety regulations on-site and report any incidents immediately.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of work done, workforce attendance, and materials used.
- Identify potential project delays and escalate issues to management promptly.
- Ensure high standards of finishing, alignment, and detailing on all construction activities.
Qualification:
- Have HND in Building Technology or Construction Management
- Have CORBON registration
- Have a HSE Level 1–3 Certification (or are you currently in the process of obtaining it)
- Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in supervising construction site operations or activities
