Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of architectural design concepts and detailed documentation.
- Prepare and supervise architectural presentations, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
- Manage medium to large-scale architectural projects or multiple smaller projects simultaneously.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, Structural, Landscape, etc.) for integrated delivery.
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design intent and project specifications.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients, contractors, and consultants for assigned projects.
- Lead design and coordination meetings, incorporating client feedback effectively.
- Present design concepts and solutions to clients and regulatory authorities.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and interns to enhance design quality and professional growth.
- Review design documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
Requirement:
- Proficient in Revit?
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s Degree preferred)
- Have a minimum 2 years in a project leadership role
- Have 4–7 years post-graduation work experience
- Possess a Masters Degree?
