Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate manpower management across multiple client accounts.
Lead recruitment, payroll processing, employee documentation, and performance tracking.
Serve as a primary contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and SLA adherence.
Supervise HR field staff and ensure proper deployment and compliance at client sites.
Prepare and review HR and payroll reports, staff movement logs, and compliance registers.
Ensure adherence to labour laws, health & safety policies, and internal operational standards.
Contribute to business development efforts by identifying outsourcing opportunities and optimizing service delivery.
Requirements:
B.Sc./HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Professional HR Certification is an added advantage.
5–10 years of solid experience in HR operations or outsourcing (preferably in a consulting firm).
Strong people management and client servicing skills.
Excellent knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
