Experience:
- Total: Minimum 5 years, Preferred 10 years
- Relevant: 5–10 years in project/institutional sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Build strong knowledge of Nigeria’s building materials market.
- Leverage experience with top real estate project companies.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reporting.
- Negotiate persuasively to secure deals.
- Present product details effectively to project stakeholders.
- Coordinate sales planning with internal teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
- Attend trade shows and visit project sites for business development.
- Meet and exceed institutional sales targets.
