Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead and scale our brand presence across digital platforms and traditional marketing channels. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader who thrives on innovation, analytics, and storytelling to drive growth, engagement, and loyalty.

Key Responsibility
Strategy Development and Execution: Creating and implementing integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
Brand Management: Ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.

Content Creation and Management: Overseeing the gathering, creation and development of engaging content (digital, video, graphic design, photographs etc) for various platforms, including websites, social media, Spots, Reels, traditional print marketing etc.

Public Relations & Communications: Managing media relations, developing press releases, communiques (official announcements or statements, especially ones made to the media) for product launches, promotions etc

Social Media Marketing: Develop & implement digital media marketing campaigns across all social media platforms:
Social Media (FB, LINKEDIN, TWITTER, YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM y TIK TOK)
Digital Press, SEO/SEM, Digital Flyers

Email Marketing
Website Management & Design: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s website, ensuring it delivers an exceptional user experience, reflects the brand, and drives conversions.
Graphic Design: Responsible for creating visual content that aligns with a company’s brand and marketing strategies. This role involves developing a variety of designs for both digital and print media, collaborating with different teams, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You play a key part in ensuring consistent branding across all platforms and materials, including websites, social media platforms, billboards, banners, catalogues & flyers.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record of success.
Motivation and teamwork skills
Ability to work and remain calm in pressure situations
Excellent communication skills
Computer literacy, with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
A strong sense of creativity in developing advertising campaigns.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies.
